EMULATION BENCHMARS RELEASED

Chips-IT will launch a tender for the acquisition of a hardware emulator for the development and verification of advanced digital architectures. This page contains the reference benchmarks that will be used to evaluate suppliers’ technical proposals. The benchmarks cover three key areas for characterizing emulator performance: CPU, GPU, and FPU. The implementations provided allow the measurement of the system’s ability to handle heterogeneous computational loads, including general-purpose computing, intensive computing, and UVM testbench scenarios. The repositories contain complete, replicable test environments that are compatible with the main simulation toolchains. Each benchmark includes execution instructions and evaluation criteria to ensure an objective and transparent comparison between the different solutions.

Chips-IT avvierà una gara d’appalto per l’acquisizione di un emulatore hardware destinato allo sviluppo e alla verifica di architetture digitali avanzate. In questa pagina sono raccolti i benchmark di riferimento che saranno utilizzati per valutare le proposte tecniche dei fornitori. I benchmark coprono tre domini fondamentali per la caratterizzazione delle prestazioni dell’emulatore: CPU, GPU e FPU. Le implementazioni fornite permettono di misurare la capacità del sistema di gestire carichi computazionali eterogenei, includendo scenari di calcolo general purpose, calcolo intensivo e testbench UVM.
